Booking Rules

  • Check in @ 3 pm

  • Check out @ 11 am

  • No smoking allowed in units

  • No pets allowed

  • No parties or events

Payment & Cancelation Policy

  • Credit/Debit card payments accepted

  • Card information due at the time of booking

  • Payment will be processed within the 24 hours before check in

  • No charge for cancelations up to 48 hours before check in

  • Cancelations after 48 hours will be changed 50% of stay

  • No call cancelations will be charge 100% of stay

  • Subject to change until booking is confirmed

  • Two night minimum for holiday bookings

  • Prices do not include State Sales & Hotel Tax (12%)

  • Receive additional discounts on extended stays or full property bookings!

    Listed below are the off season rates. (November through April - discounted 10% from prime season rates!)

  • ‘Riverfront Home’

    • $300 / single night

    • $270 / night, when booked for two nights or more

    • $240 / night, when booked for four nights or more

    • $215 / night, when booked for seven nights (total $1,505)

  • ‘Riverfront Units’

    • $100 / single night

    • $90 / night, when booked for two nights or more

    • $80 / night, when booked for four nights or more

    • $70 / night, when booked for seven nights (total $490)

FAQ

  • Do you serve breakfast? No, but Bill’s Boat Landing across the railroad tracks serves a great breakfast.

  • Does the ‘Claytonian Inn’ offer boat slip rentals? There are slips available for a nightly fee upon request.

  • Are you pet friendly? At this time we do not have any pet friendly units.
