Rates

Bookings made over holidays require a two night minimum. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Prices listed below do not include Iowa State Sales & Hotel Tax (12%). Extended stays, over four nights, receive reduced rates. Full property bookings also receive additional discounts.

Listed below are the discounted ‘Winter’ rates for November 2024 through April 2025.

‘Riverfront Units’

• $85 / single night

• $75 / night, when booked for two nights or more

‘Riverfront Home’

• $250 / single night

• $225 / night, when booked for two nights or more

Property Rules

• Check in @ 3 pm

• Check out @ 11 am

• No smoking allowed in units

• No pets allowed

• No parties or events

Payment & Cancelation Policies

• Credit/Debit card payments accepted. Card information is due at the time of booking to hold reservation. Payment is processed the day of check in.

• Cancelations can be made up to 48 hours before check in. Cancelations after 48 hours before check in will be charged 50% of the stay. No call, no show cancelations will be charged 100% of the stay.

Extended Stays

Nightly rates when booking a stay of four nights or more:

• Riverfront Units $65 / night

• Riverfront Home $200 / night

Weekly rates:

• Riverfront Units $350 ($50 / night)

• Riverfront Home $1,050 ($150 / night)

Booking for a family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette party, or other larger group? Reservations for the entire property receive additional discounts, call 563-422-2842 for pricing.

FAQ

• Do you serve breakfast? No, but Bill’s Boat Landing across the railroad tracks serves a great breakfast.

• Does the ‘Claytonian Inn’ offer boat slip rentals? There is uncovered overnight boat docking available for a nightly fee upon request.

• Are you pet friendly? At this time we do not have any pet friendly units.
